OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR

The Good Prepper Survival Seed Vault Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by: The Good Prepper Inc., 1910 Thomes Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States (“Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes may be promoted through Survivopedia.com, email, Facebook, Instagram, and other websites or promotional channels.

The Good Prepper Inc. is solely responsible for administration of the Sweepstakes, determination of eligibility, selection and notification of potential winners, and award, fulfillment, and delivery of the prizes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To enter the Sweepstakes, an entrant must, as of the time of entry:

1. be a legal resident of one of the contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island;
2. be physically located within an eligible jurisdiction;
3. be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in the entrant's state of residence, whichever is greater;
4. have access to the Internet and a valid email address; and
5. be able to receive delivery at a valid physical street address within the eligible territory.

The Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Prizes cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, U.S. territories or possessions, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or addresses outside the eligible territory.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Sponsor's affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies directly involved with the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes parents, children, siblings, and spouses, regardless of where they reside.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 4:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 12, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sweepstakes Period is divided into four (4) weekly entry periods (“Weekly Entry Periods”), as follows:

Sponsor's computer system, or that of its designated service provider, will serve as the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

Entry Carry-Forward

An eligible entry received during the Sweepstakes Period will remain eligible for the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and all subsequent weekly drawings unless the entrant has already been selected and confirmed as a winner or has been disqualified.

Entrants do not need to enter again each week.

An entrant may win only one (1) prize during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Once confirmed as a winner, that entrant will be removed from all remaining drawings.

4. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

A. Survivopedia Newsletter Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter online by visiting the Sponsor-designated Sweepstakes entry page linked from Survivopedia promotional channels, including the Survivopedia Facebook group, and completing the Sweepstakes entry form.

To enter through this method, complete the requested entry form by providing your first name, last name, a valid email address and, optionally, a telephone number, accept these Official Rules, and follow the instructions to subscribe to the Survivopedia email newsletter and related promotional emails.

After submitting the entry form, you will be sent an email asking you to confirm your email address and subscription. You must complete this confirmation step for your entry to be valid.

Upon successful confirmation, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Providing a telephone number is optional and is not required to enter or win. Providing a telephone number does not constitute consent to receive SMS or text-message marketing.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in an email. Unsubscribing after a valid Sweepstakes entry has been completed will not cancel or invalidate that entry.

B. Existing Survivopedia Subscribers

Individuals who are already subscribed to the Survivopedia newsletter are eligible to participate but do not need to subscribe again.

Existing subscribers may enter through the Alternative Method of Entry described below.

C. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

If an eligible participant does not wish to subscribe to marketing emails, the participant may enter the Sweepstakes free of charge and without subscribing by sending an email to:

The body of the email must include:

• full name;
• email address;
• state of residence;
• confirmation that the entrant is at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in the entrant's state of residence, whichever is greater; and
• the statement: “I wish to enter The Good Prepper Survival Seed Vault Giveaway and agree to the Official Rules.”

The email must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

A valid AMOE submission will receive one (1) entry, equal to an entry submitted through the Survivopedia newsletter signup method.

No additional action, purchase, payment, newsletter subscription, or marketing consent is required for AMOE entrants.

Entrants using the AMOE will not be added to the Survivopedia marketing email list solely because they entered the Sweepstakes unless they separately opt in to receive marketing communications.

D. Entry Limits and General Terms

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Submitting an entry through more than one method will not provide additional entries.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Use of automated means, scripts, macros, bots, multiple or fraudulent identities, fake or disposable email addresses, or other methods intended to obtain more than the permitted number of entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used at the time of entry may be deemed the entrant, subject to verification of eligibility.

Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.

Incomplete, fraudulent, corrupted, late, or otherwise non-compliant entries may be void.

5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

On or about each drawing date listed in Section 3, Sponsor or its designee will conduct a random computerized drawing from among all eligible entries for that drawing.

Three (3) potential winners will be selected for each Weekly Entry Period, for a total of twelve (12) potential winners during the Sweepstakes Period.

Potential winners will be contacted at the email address submitted with their entry and provided with instructions for eligibility verification and prize delivery.

A potential winner must respond to the winner notification within seven (7) days after the notification is sent.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery, including the potential winner's full legal name and physical shipping address.

If:

• a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days;
• a notification is returned or otherwise undeliverable;
• Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner;
• the potential winner is found to be ineligible;
• the potential winner cannot provide an eligible delivery address;
• the potential winner fails to provide reasonably requested verification information; or
• the potential winner otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, if time permits.

Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility and administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)

A total of twelve (12) prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period, consisting of three (3) prizes for each of the four (4) Weekly Entry Periods.

Each Prize Consists Of:

One (1) The Good Prepper Survival Seed Vault, containing a collection of 39 varieties of non-GMO, non-hybrid, open-pollinated heirloom vegetable seeds in individually sealed packets and housed in a storage case.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $129.00 USD.

Total ARV of all twelve (12) prizes: $1,548.00 USD.

Standard shipping to an eligible physical delivery address is included.

No transfer, assignment, substitution, or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Actual retail value may differ from the stated ARV, and Sponsor will not award the difference between actual retail value and stated ARV.

Actual product appearance, packaging, or contents may differ from promotional photographs or illustrations without materially reducing the value of the prize.

Each winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize, if applicable.

No winner will be required to make a purchase or pay Sponsor a shipping, handling, processing, or other fee in order to receive the prize.

Germination, growth, and yield of seeds depend on factors outside Sponsor's control, including climate, soil, weather, storage, handling, planting, and cultivation practices. Sponsor does not guarantee particular germination, growth, or yield results except to the extent required by applicable law.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, and except where prohibited by applicable law, a winner grants Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor's authority permission to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, review, approval, or additional compensation.

Sponsor may publicly announce confirmed winners using the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence, including through Survivopedia.com, The Good Prepper websites, email newsletters, Facebook pages or groups, Instagram, or other promotional channels.

Sponsor will not publicly disclose a winner's street address, email address, or telephone number.

8. DISQUALIFICATION

An entrant may be disqualified if the entrant is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules.

Disqualification may also result from, among other things:

• attempting to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
• providing false or misleading information;
• tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry or selection process;
• using automated entry mechanisms;
• engaging in fraud or deception;
• interfering with the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; or
• failing to provide reasonably requested eligibility or prize-delivery information.

If a potential winner is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, if time permits.

If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may remain unawarded.

9. PRIVACY

Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to the collection and use of the personal information necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, including verifying eligibility, maintaining entry records, conducting random drawings, contacting potential winners, and fulfilling prizes.

Entrants who enter through the Survivopedia newsletter signup method also consent to receive the Survivopedia email newsletter and related promotional communications as disclosed at the point of entry.

Information submitted through Survivopedia.com will be handled in accordance with the Survivopedia Privacy Policy available at: https://www.survivopedia.com/wp-content/privacypolicy.html

Personal information provided or transferred to The Good Prepper Inc. for purposes of Sweepstakes administration may be used for eligibility verification, winner selection and notification, prize fulfillment, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Entrants may unsubscribe from Survivopedia marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in an email.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications after submitting a valid Sweepstakes entry will not invalidate that entry.

Information submitted through the AMOE will be used for Sweepstakes administration and will not, solely because of the AMOE entry, be used to subscribe the entrant to the Survivopedia marketing list unless the entrant separately opts in.

10. SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

1. to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes;
2. to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to participation in the Sweepstakes; and
3. to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and service providers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such release is prohibited or limited by applicable law.

This release includes, to the extent permitted by law, claims arising from:

• participation in the Sweepstakes or a Sweepstakes-related activity;
• acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize;
• use of publicity rights granted under these Official Rules;
• malfunction of a Sweepstakes website or webpage;
• error in the collection, processing, or retention of entry information; or
• typographical, printing, technical, or other error relating to the Sweepstakes or announcement of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, deleted, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete, corrupted, or otherwise defective entries or communications resulting from system errors, Internet or network failures, email delivery problems, hardware or software failures, telecommunications failures, website malfunctions, traffic congestion, human or technical errors, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Proof of transmission or submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

The Released Parties are not responsible for errors in the collection, processing, or retention of entry information resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE SWEEPSTAKES AND PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

12. TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, OR MODIFICATION

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances including computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, security incidents, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that materially affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated or suspended before its scheduled conclusion, Sponsor may, where legally permissible and practicable, award any remaining prizes by conducting a random drawing from among eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action giving rise to the termination or suspension.

Sponsor may also disqualify an entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has violated these Official Rules or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes through cheating, hacking, deception, fraud, automated entry mechanisms, or other unfair practices.

ANY DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE A SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAW. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Subject to applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will, to the extent permitted by law, be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to make a reasonable good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute directly.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

14. WINNERS LIST

A list of confirmed prize winners will be available following completion of the Sweepstakes.

Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor may also publish the names of confirmed winners through Survivopedia.com, The Good Prepper websites, newsletters, or associated social-media channels using the format described in Section 7.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. FACEBOOK / INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is being provided to Sponsor and/or the entities identified in the applicable privacy notice and not to Facebook or Instagram.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, and Instagram from claims arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes.

Entry is not conditioned on sharing a post on a personal timeline, reposting Sweepstakes content, tagging friends, commenting, or performing another social-media action. Such voluntary actions do not result in additional entries or improve the odds of winning.
